1. General Provisions
Sportswear Factory Direct is a custom sportswear manufacturing facility located in Sialkot and Lahore, Pakistan. We provide private label, OEM manufacturing, and custom apparel services to brands, teams, and retailers globally.
2. Orders and Production
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per category. Orders below this threshold will not be processed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Quotes and Pricing: Quotes provided via our website or communication channels are valid for a limited period as stated on the quote. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, design complexity, and order volume.
Samples: We offer a 7-day rapid sampling service. The cost of sampling will be communicated upfront and must be paid before sample production begins.
Lead Times: Our average bulk production lead time is 15 days following final design and sample approval. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, material shortages, or carrier transit delays.
3. Intellectual Property and Custom Designs
Your Designs: By uploading design files, logos, or specifications (the "Artwork"), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the Artwork solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.
Indemnification: You warrant and represent that you own the intellectual property rights to all Artwork submitted, or that you have obtained the necessary licenses and permissions. You agree to fully indemnify and hold CoreLine (Pvt) LTD. harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from copyright, trademark, or patent infringement related to your submitted designs.
Our Assets: All content, images, graphics, and templates native to our website remain the intellectual property of CoreLine (Pvt) LTD.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be established during the invoicing process. Because our products are custom-made, production will not commence until the required deposit or full payment has been received and cleared.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Custom Goods Exemption: Because all apparel is bespoke and manufactured to your specific requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing provided by the client, or design changes requested after production has begun.
Defective Goods: If you receive goods with manufacturing defects or deviations from the approved tech pack/sample, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We reserve the right to inspect the claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or replacement for the defective units.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once bulk production has commenced.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally using third-party carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred in the destination country.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreLine (Pvt) LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
